This information I was read on Cremonti’s Blog on Thursday, November 06th, 2008. Hmm, I was wonder what is it? When I finished read the article I just still can’t belief that there are program like that, like Friendster but they pay their member for doing activities…
The program is call Yuwie.

Based on the blog’s article, this Yuwie program pay their member up to 10 levels and yes it pay not just for signing up but also for doing activities on Yuwie like blogging, give comments and receive comments, etc. But, in the article not say any about seminars or trainings. Based on that, then I have come to this conclusion that Yuwie is using MLM system but without seminars, trainings, opp etc like MLMs use to have, because the program itself is a social networking program where you meet and socialize with peoples, and you get pay for that.

MLM is direct selling program expansion of MGM program. That mean that in MLM the company pay the comition of their member not only for one level. In MLM industry products is a must, without it MLM is only a money game program. Although today many MLM company doesn’t give their members a selling target points, but every member must buy products once a month. They can sell it or they can use it for theirselves. The comition or bonuses is come both from products selling/buying and recruiting new member.

To joint with MLM program we need to pay for signing up as member, normally it is not so expensive about Rp. 80.000 to Rp. 200.000 (as far as I know) just for membership, not including products but the company usually give us the manual to run the business call starterkit or starterpack or something like that. And sure we need upline or sponsor to sign us up, without them we cannot joint the program.

Each level usually have a name, such as *1, *2, *3, *4, Bronce Lion, Silver Lion, Gold Lion, Diamong Gold Lion, 21%, Silver Producer, Diamond, Platinum, Saphire Founder, etc. Basically there are two kind of level, active income level and passive income level. Every program is begin with active income level, and finish in passive income only if they keep figthing built their network and not surrender.

Good MLM must have support system. Support system is an organization that providing members with tools and strategy to get success in the programs. And the great strategy must can be done by almost all people from any races, religions, classes, backgrounds, ages and so. Usually they have events like home meetings, open plan presentations, seminars, trainings and other events in days, weeks, months and annual events. Those events are important things they must attending, because only there they will find something they won’t found in their daily life. There is the place where they looking for more spirits, more optimistics, more encourages and more supports to face the world that maybe not positive with the programs. Whatever the reason is, after attending an event most members will have new spirits new energy new reason to expanding their network faster then before, and some will do so and make it happen.

In Indonesia there are many MLM company such as Tianshi (Tiens) from China, AmWay from USA, CNI, Sophie Martin, K-Link, and many more.
